These photos show you the reality you helped, during and after the firestorm. “Robina’s place” is a small house in the Warrumbungle Mountains next to the radiotelescope. It was saved by a dump of water from a helicopter as the fire passed over. The pilot said it was the red roof which enabled him to take aim in the darkness. The Biggest Morning Tea, at the Moree Campus library, on the 22nd May in support of the Cancer Council.
The morning was a great success with over 50 students and staff attending the fundraiser and donating over $138.00 to the cancer council.
