Armidale and Tamworth Libraries now have an audio loop system installed in their seminar rooms.  This enables hearing impaired staff and students to clearly hear what a presenter is saying. A kit is provided that includes a microphone for the presenter to wear and headsets either for those without a hearing aid or for people with a hearing aid that does not have a T setting.  If the person does have a T setting on their hearing aid, they simply switch to this setting and they can then hear the presenter clearly without the distraction of other noise in the room.
